此外,Peaks and Valleys是Who Moved My Cheese?

How you experience a Valley has a lot to do with how long you'll remain in it.

The errors you make in today' good times create tomorrow's bad times. And the wise things you do in today's bad times create tomorrow's good times.

Many people don't realize that they need to be truly prepared if they want to stay on a Peak longer

Those who are unprepared for a Peak soon fall from it, and they experience pain.

To stay on a Peak longer: Be humble and grateful. Do more of what got you there. Keep making things better. Do more for others. Save resources for your upcoming Valleys.

When you are on a Peak, your ego makes you see things as better than they really are. And when you are in a Valley, your ego makes you see things as worse than they really are.

I bought the book in Stanford's book store today. :)

Working in a startup make me a believer of cycles. The interesting thing of a peak is that it is connected to a valley, and vise versa.

Hello David!
Nothing makes me happier than hearing from you!
The book is quite simple yet it deals with very fundamental issues about life. I hope you enjoy it.

By the way, Guy Kawasaki has just published a new book named "Reality Check". I'll let you know later if it's as great as "The Art of The Start" (but I believe so).

Take care & stay in touch.

Hello

You told me all about "Outliers" but I still bought the book myself...
:)

Ok. Maybe it's different. "Peaks and Valleys" is relatively simple to read and comprehend.

Are there other new books you would like to recommend?
